Maximillian Newman is a Research Intern at Fitila Labs and a doctoral candidate in Mathematics at Indiana University Bloomington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with honors from New York University.

At Fitila Labs, Max leverages his skills in machine learning, data analysis, and optimization to contribute to cutting-edge research projects. His academic experience includes coursework in applied and theoretical machine learning, algorithms, stochastic processes, and probability. Max has previously worked as a Summer Scholar at Deloitte & Touche LLP and has been recognized with multiple academic awards, including the Mabel LaDuke Lauder Fellowship and the J.P. Williams Memorial Award.
